Why should I choose your company over others?
Quality! We are a pet-dedicated company which means we do not cut corners when it comes to our service with your beloved pet. We are constantly improving so that we can better serve, and care for your animals. When it comes to your furry or scaly pet you will expect the best service, and that's all we deliver!
Are you insured & bonded?
Yes! All of our contractors are covered under our insurance for any service we offer. Every sitter goes through a background check, and is bonded with us so that you can feel secure with one of our trusty sitters taking care of your V.I.P.
How long have you been doing this?
Our business opened in early 2013, however most of our pet sitters have been doing this for a number of years.
What kind of animals do you care for?
Almost anything! We are used to domestic type animals - however if you have an exotic or farm type animal we can try to accommodate them as best we can!
Your prices page said one thing, yet your quote is different, why?
Our prices page is more of a estimate then something set in stone. Depending on the nature of your request this could be because we do not have a sitter in your area, or your requests require more work on the sitters part. Please feel free to ask us about your specific situation.
Why shouldn't I board my pet when I go away?
Unless you can speak animal, I highly doubt you will be able to communicate with your pet that you are going away for awhile. So while your absence is confusing enough, now to send them somewhere foreign, with many animals, where half the day is spent in a cage....Well just let that stir in your mind and you should have your answer! Pets are more relaxed at home, plus you don't have to worry about any trouble with other animals at the kennel. We are also able to take puppies usually too young for kennels, un-spayed (also females in heat) or un-neutered doggies, or ones that may be missing a shot or two! **Rabies is an exception - they must have this shot **
Do you offer doggy daycare?
No! In most cases we keep our V.I.P's separated so each animal gets individual attention from our sitters. You may have a passive dog, but in certain situations with other animals around you can not guarantee how they will act. We figure it's better to cut any chance of trouble out and keep our friends safe and happy with ALL the attention they need!
Can my dog be walked off leash?
All dog walking MUST be done with dog's on leash, this is to ensure your pets safety while in our care. We should also mention that due to city bylaws your pets collar must have an up to date pet license attached if you're wanting them taken off your property, if this is not done there's a chance they may get ticketed!! And we don't want that!
Will you take my dog to the dog park?
Yes! BUT there is a waiver permitting us to do so. Our insurance allows us to become the 'babysitters' of your dogs while in our care, a dog park is like a daycare - which is a whole different scenario! So as long as you are okay with that scenario not being insured then we would be happy to take your doggy to the park for some play time!
My dog has a prior conviction, can you care for it?
Firstly any dogs that show aggression will not be considered for our care. If they are non-aggressive though we sure can care for them! BUT owning a restricted dog does come with our own legal restrictions. We are not able to take restricted pets off your property due to city bylaws, this means no walks around the block, pet taxi to appointments or anything else that would take them off your property.
